RESERVATION POLICIES:

Upon booking, there is a $500 non-refundable deposit. Payment plans are available. Cancellations within 60 days of the start of the retreat are subject to 50% refunds. No refunds will be granted within 45 days of the start of the retreat. All payments will be due in full 45 days before the start of the retreat.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

To ensure the retreat stays on schedule and that important sessions are not interrupted, all retreat guests are required to be present at both check-in and check-out. Please keep this in mind when booking and planning out your travel to and from the retreat.

MEDICAL & LIABILITY CONCERNS:

To ensure the health & safety of all attendees, everyone will be required to complete and return the following forms which will be sent prior to the retreat:

  1. Medical History Form

  2. Background Check

  3. Emergency Contact Form

  4. Non-Disclosure Agreement

  5. Liability Waiver
